Although the interface/appearance could most certainly be improved, the app itself can be extremely useful. Despite my having installed the app well over a year ago, I have only found myself needing to use iit on three occasions... But, in those three instances, having this app installed & ready to go, was a lifesaver! Whether your locked out of your company account/SSO, forgot your password/need a reset, need to edit your challenge question answers... This app has you covered!

I think most of the bad reviews here don't understand how this app works, as the IT admin for our organization who set up the server for Self-service Plus this app works perfectly all it really is, is a glossy front end of the website where you do your resets normally, if your organization doesn't use Self-service then this app will not work at all.

Every time I need to use this app it gives me an error and to try again later ive been trying later, and it still doesn't work. It was supposed to make it more convenient but I find myself just calling help desk instead.

After enrollment, the app always starts at Change Password page. Our users are confused why the app keep asking to Change Password upon every start. Is there a way to change the start page to something else nicer? If yes, I will change my review rating here.

It tells me I've enrolled. I sign out. Open up app, try to change my password, and it says I need to enroll. Fed up.
