★★★★★ This app constantly crashes. It was recently flagged on my systems maintenance and "deep sleep" mode was recommended. I upgraded my phone and not a good experience with this app.

★★★★★ Really good at what it's supposed to do. I do think, it could be a little more elaborate. I'm comparing from also having a Tesla. I think the app is good but for sure it could be better.

★★☆☆☆ Recently bought my 2022 Acura MDX only to discover that to enable remote start you need a subscription. To add insult to injury, the app seems to freeze when I try to actually get the subscription. So now I am completely unable to access this feature. Calling customer service does not help.
