★★★★★ Hallo, the idea is very nice and am real interested to work on it, but my problem is I cannot see the steps I make in this app but I can see in google fit, my Google fit and this app are connected, at the beginning was good I could see all my step I make in a day and get my point and normal I make 20000 to 25000 step per day, I try to disconnect and connect it again but still not working, can you help me to solve this problem Thanks
★★★★★ All round health improvement app with some good content. Less positive: Exercise guidance could (should) be better (exercise explained / shown before start of count down would be nice in my opinion). Cannot turn the screen off for meditation.
★★★★★ Very good incentive in an all-round way, great exercises and ideas. The app sometimes stalls tho and I lose the points. It doesn't count as many steps as my phone app???
★★☆☆☆ It is a very buggy app, it crashes, it lags, features just don't work, and I've had it several times that points were somehow not added to my account and the support via email takes forever and is absolutely unhelpful. Just rebook my points if your app doesn't work! But most of all make sure that your app works! Horrible experience, but I guess I'll stick with it since I don't have another choice... CSS I've been a loyal customer for years, if you can switch to a different company, please do.
★★☆☆☆ Replacing My Step with this app is a bad change: The My Step program offered money refund based on your activity, while this forces you to spend in their shop. The shop is not available in English, the FAQ page is available only in French. Walking and other activities are rewarded less than previously in My Step. It is a regression from the previous program.
★★☆☆☆ Social login For Fitbit login via Google account is not supported, what's the point to have tracking activity then in the app.
★★☆☆☆ Utterly useless. Are you training at home? Or anywhere outside a gym/club? You won't be credited for anything. And if you are in a gym, well, you HAVE to do the app's stupid workouts to be credited evens. You may have a healthy lifestyle, if the activities are not done within the app, then nothing counts you may as well be a smoking, drinking couch potato. Ridiculous. Uninstalled this garbage.
