Been getting the following error recently when I try to connect to the panel. "Getting panel summary failed ERROR: Generic." Receiving push notifications from the app when the panel is set, so it seems half the app is working

Have to use it and seriously think I'm getting siked as a tester with this awful app fluking on so many standardized design conventions. What made me say 'scr*w this, I'm out' was text fields clearing themselves if you switch out the app to go get the user-hostile formatted registration code. Text fields clear upon app refocus. UI devs have user interface. App testers have this app.

It does not give push notifications when the intruder alarm goes off. But gives push notifications for every other activity like when we set the alarm or sets it off. Not sure what is wrong with it, I have tried all settings.
