Please don't take there insurance put some more bucks and go with the other company like hdfc, tata aig, digit,icici Lombard, bajaz Allianz and many more I raised my claim on 11feb2025 since from the date I did everything I uploaded the photos, then I sent my bike to the agency via tata ace after that agency sent me an estimated formi uploaded it been a week now still everyday I have to call acko team asked about the status they automatically rescheduled my appointment to next day without consent
