Freezes every time I open the app, I can't do anything on it. Need a loan? Do NOT GO THROUGH ACIMA!!!! Want to be screwed sideways? Animas your place! They will charge you more than double the loan amount! And proceed to charge you an insane amount weekly! Don't worry, if you lose your job for a second, acima will be there to screw you sideways and charge you 3 times the payment amount. Want to create a catch-up plan? Don't worry! Acima will give you the option, but the screen won't load! Lmao

This company does NOT deserve 1 star from me!! They have become a scamming business for sure!! I bought a headboard of a total cost of $208.44. I had made a $10 payment to start the lease. I also paid $140 payment. I looked on the app, and it has my balance at $5XX!!! I called Acima, and they transferred me to a resolution agent. He claims it's not interest and that they don't charge interest, but the extra charges were processing fees!!!! They refuse to give me detailed breakdown of fees!!!
