★★★★★ This bus line is always on time. I simply wish they had schedules every day.

★★★★★ I wish they could put an early bus to come back to keansburg New Jersey instead of a 12:30 bus that's the first bus to come back to jersey just saying, but I love riding the academy bus and the drivers are very nice 🙂

★★☆☆☆ Please make improvement on alerting and bus moment tracking, it does not work. Also, too many clicks to activate a ticket.

★★☆☆☆ When you buy bulk tickets to save on cost, they have a short expiration date. They want to have a gotcha moment by letting your remaining tickets expire worthless. They should expand the time you have to use the multiple ticket plans.

★★☆☆☆ When selecting destination from a route there is an option to pay for a ticket. When selected, it prompted me to key enter my destination AGAIN. Upon doing this, the destination could not be found, and the destinations available to choose from are woefully incomplete. Overall: clumsy, inefficient, and ineffectual; as I could not make the purchase. It makes me wonder if who ever developed the app for Academy, even tested the app prior to releasing it? I will just need to take NJ transit.
