Had issues with app however once I uninstalled the app and reinstalled app it worked. Gave 4 stars cause if you want canadian dollars, you have to register as a bill payment and wait three days. Would be nice if they allowed an email direct payment to load funds in canadian then transfer to other currencies if wanted.

What is it good if you can't load the card ...it's useless the app keeps crashing every time you try to load funds on it... I liked when I had the CIBC prepaid it was fast and simple... I guess when you had something that did work that wasn't good enough because it worked

This card is ridiculous for a prepayment use. I can't load Canadian funds immediately. That makes the card useless for use in Canadian dollars. You have to load as a "bill payment" which takes 2–5 days to put on the card. Useless, totally useless.
