Really fiddly hard to use app. I keep trying ti book a ride in advance to go FROM Truro to home, but the silly app keeps putting home as starting point and refuses to let me change it. Unlike say Google Maps that allow you to swap origin and destination this app seems to have no obviously way to do this. It stubbornly stays on home as origin. Also, only options to set favorites is home and work. Given up. That's 2 rides so far I jave had to cancel and find another way

Gone downhill! After the update it kicked me out of the app and every time I try to validate my number it tells me something has gone wrong and kicks me off. Not able to use the app at all and having to use phone bookings which cost more since it runs on a meter. Not ideal!

Difficult to locate pre-existing bookings and rewards from old app. As yet I have not been able to find this information and would like to log on via a password as before. For me, not as good as previous app.
