More useful than uber in Rio, Brazil. Sometimes a vit more expensive, but that's why you get drivers, and faster. More fair to them, more efficient for us. The features of choosing multiple ride options at once, showing when they are stopped in a traffic light, etc. make it for a less stressful use too.

Mail stolen, illegal activity. Customer service inaction 。 The software only accepts local phone numbers to log in. Customer service can only be contacted through social media and wait months for replying. Under various operations, customer service won't delete the account that login by my email.

The app doesn't accept my visa and MasterCard cards to pay for taxi. It was working the couple of weeks, and after it stopped accepting it. IDK what's the problem. Sometimes it is okay, the app withdraws money, and sometimes I can't even request the drive. There is money in the card. I sent a couple of "need help" to support, but noone responded to me. It's a very unpleasant situation as I can't take a drive and drivers can't be paid for the drive they made.

If the driver cancels the trip you will have to wait for other driver, or you pay the cancellation fee even if the only one waiting was you, cancellation fee is unfair if the driver asks you to cancel too, 99 chargers the fee to the driver and you. Today I tried 99pay, it totally sucks, hangs and doesn't recognize qrs.
