The recent watch face update gives me hope. I see you guys are making the effort to make this app amazing. Not only does this give me the health track info I need, but also the watch faces make it more enjoyable. Great job guys. I am now enjoying my 3+ Mega watch. Everything says it is a USA based software and watch. Except that the terms of service point out they are controlled by China and the laws of Origin which is China. Sadly I cannot trust this app or watch. Since they block setting up the watch to your phone unless you are using their app. App keeps crashing if you block any requests like reading your texts, contacts or call logs. Which might be sent back to their servers. I Like how your response has zero answers about my actual comments

The app crashed twice in less than 12 hours, does not accurately track metrics either. Typing on my phone or an email recorded false heart rates of over 130 bpm when compared to manually taking heart rate that still showed resting rate lower than 80 bpm. Also minor movements like texting or using mechanical keyboard recorded tons of steps that weren't taken. App also would not fully sync watch readings to phone app numerous times. Get what you pay for I guess.

I wanted to give these 5 stars but the one option I was so excited about on this watch is not working 😔 I've tried everything I can think of, but it will not show me certain text messages. It only shows iPhone messages or company messages but not Android messages. My phone is an android. So I'm at a loose and am I going to return it.
