Not new Back in the mid-90s there was a diet pill that hit the market called T-Lite. The promise was to lose 10 lbs in 3 days. This is the exact same foods that was required to eat in order to achieve this goal. You'll lose the promised weight the first go around. But not very much after that. Good luck to those who do this.

Like other user mentioned, poor quality app. Force closed on me multiple times, even with phone restart and reboot of app.

Two things wrong Starvation never works and there needs to be more substitutions every item should be able to be found in your cupboard or refrig. Try adding a blended drink with spinach kale five strawberries and one cup of low sugar fruit drink like carrot juice to lunch and a light dinner that can be prepared for two adults plus children. Lots of veggies and little fruit or salad with hand made dressing. Fix this along with a view of shopping list before start date and I will give five stars.
