It's so easy to transfer funds or just to check balances using 1st Source mobile app.

Overall, I like 1st Source. I have been a customer since about 1971. I have one issue. When I Iook at my transactions online, the merchant name is incorrect. I spend time correcting the entries. Even after making corrections, I have to make corrections again. I have called customer service on two occasions. They are not responsible for the errors and have told me I must make the corrections. I believe there is a glitch in the coding program used by 1st Source.

Changing my previous review. I cannot believe the update on this. There's no way to get back to your accounts or move money around or function at all. You went from an A+ app to an F. Cannot hate this enough.
