★★★★★ The app works well and lets me scan QR codes and select which of my Shinhan cards to use to pay. It also lets me pay the account balance so when I am nearing my limit I pay it through the app to free up my credit. I just wish there was an English language setting for it.

★★☆☆☆ Why do you make me switch from SinhHan card app to this if you don't let foreigners sign up? I am getting error while confirming my identity using my phone number! Foreigners names are quite long! Why limit the characters for the name input!

★★☆☆☆ Please use UX Designers when designing your app. Like others said, simplify, simplify, simplify. Its overly complicated and way too much stuff crammed that it's difficult to find what users are looking for and impossible for the elderly. Way too many unnecessary push notifications and ads. Why is a banking app sending me 5 ads per day?? 젊은 UX designer 저도 복잡해서 해매면서 잘 못쓰겠으먼 정말 심각한겁니다.... Usability UX 신경써서 앱을 만들고 광고좀 들 보내세요.

★★☆☆☆ Foreigners with longer names can't sign up with whatever method they try even if they have a Hana bank account or hana card. This app replaced the previous hanacard app and made my experience very ugly! If you don't want foreigners use your services why bother giving us your card or opening a bank account??!
