서비스에 대한 기본이 안된 앱. 기본적인 로딩 화면도없고 뭐하나 잘못하면 수정이되는게 아니라 고객센터 연락해야하고 고객센터는 담당부서 연결해준다그러고 잠수타고 아무도 안쓰는 쓸데없는 커뮤니티 기능 때문에 기본기능 접속 안되고 앱작동상황에서 다시 들어가면 로딩 안돼서 껐다가 재접속해야되고 한두개여야 개선요청을하지 정말 총체적 난국. 개인 계약자들은 신차장 앱 때문이라도 재계약 안할듯. UX디자인 책임자는 이따위로 만들고 연봉받는거야? 외주 업체가 개판인거야?
