I order a medicine that does not need a prescription, and they did not deliver it because they need a prescription, got it from elezabi pharmacy without a prescription.

The application itself is ok, but the customer service and delivery is not good. I made an order and called the hotline to follow up the delivery. They gave a the branch WhatsApp to send the location, they didn't respond even when I tried calling. I called the hotline again, and they said they will inform the branch to call me. No one did and no delivery arrived. So my order is just somewhere in their system. I shall be deleting this app.

When I asked about the total cost of the order, they did not respond clearly and instead directed me to contact their delivery service for shipping fees. The communication was unclear, and the representative's tone was not polite.
