Would be better if the buses schedule and the app schedule WERE ACTUALLY synchronized. Be earlier than indicated by the app on the bus stop if you don't want to freeze for half an hour waiting for the next one.

Horrible app. The buses and trams are constantly either late or leave too early leaving you to wait for the next one. The information regarding this is always bad too. I've had many times when the information updates that my tram is going to be 2 minutes early 2 minutes before it was supposed to be there. Also, information regarding the transport being late is updated as you're waiting on the bus. As the time passes the information changes by adding about 2 min at a time to the expected wait.

1. Disable activate ticket by default. Since you have to scan the ticket there is no reason for it to auto activate other than pissing people off. 2. Let me choose my type of ticket. Don't make me jump through hoops selecting start and stop location. 3. I interpret the answer from Ostgotatrafiken below that you don't have to scan your ticket, only activate it. Good to know if you want to keep your travel data to yourself.

One of the worst if not the worst transport system in all of Sweden. For someone like me, who has been traveling for 17 years, I can 100% say that it is better to have a car than using östgötatraffiken. Trains dirty, buses always late and unbelievably expensive tickets. It's cheaper to ride a motorcycle for a year than traveling with östgötatraffiken. Sometimes when trains are canceled you'd have to wait 2–3 hours to get a reserve buss. No to mention the app could take hours to be up-to-date.

The track numbers and the bus stop position numbers are messed up in the app. It shows Tracks Z & X, while the actual track numbers are 2a or 2.
